Just a quick email to say how grateful we are for having Caroline assist us with the purchase of a Kawau Spa. 

We wanted to take time to ensure we had found the right spa for our needs and Caroline allowed this. You should be proud to have such a loyal and honest worker in customer service, we have already recommended Caroline to our friends who are also thinking of a spa purchase.

Our spa was installed today here in Silverstream, Lower Hutt. I was also very impressed with Ryan your Hot Spring installer and his attention to detail.

We are extremely happy with our spa investment and will definitely be recommending to our friends to deal with both Caroline and Ryan in future for fantastic customer service.

It's been an absolute life changer!

Had a great experience with Hotsprings Sunshine. We ordered our E2000 swim spa from them in 2022 and while it was being built and shipped from California we sorted out the foundation and electrics on our end. Within a year we had our spa delivered and installed in our backyard and up to code. It's been an absolute life changer! Cannot recommend these swim spas enough, especially if you're a swimmer or have kids. :) We love it so much and the upkeep is fairly easy once you get the hang of the chemicals. Hotsprings were always happy to call or reply to my numerous emails about the process and setup. Sorry for pestering you guys! But you have been so patient and helpful throughout the journey. Thanks so much! Highly recommend!

This show room is on a grand scale offering every possible solution I have never seen such a range. The Hot Spring team is extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable. This is not your average spa retail outlet, it’s THE spa retail outlet.

Do yourself a favour and get one

We have just bought a new Sovereign Hot Spring Spa on Saturday, and are very excited about this. The spa we have at the moment is also a Sovereign which we bought from Hot Spring Spas 24 years ago. I consider 24 years for a spa to last shows how great the quality of these spas is, and to me it shows how much more superior Hot Spring Spas are to other brands. We have had parts replaced over the years and have always found the back up service to be absolutely second to none! For the last few years we have been dealing with a Hot Spring sales professional and he has been brilliant to deal with. If you don't have a Hot Spring Spa, do yourself a favour and get one, they are sooooo worth it! Thank you Hot Spring Spas, you have a customer for life with us....

Amazing customer service experience and awesome product

I have loved my spa but this week it started making an awful noise, so I called the service team  today expecting to hear after Xmas would be the timeframe - how wrong could I be! Their lovely technician called straight back and even better he has arrived to fix it this afternoon (a miracle in any city traffic let alone a Friday afternoon!). He shared how he has been 14 years of loyal work for the company and can’t speak high enough of the company and culture.

I am delighted to report my spa is back to its glorious state and once again my ‘happy place’ in the backyard is restored.

I had no trouble shipping!

Excellent service. I bought the Fraser spa from WA after doing some research. I had no trouble shipping. Very happy with the spa, it uses little electricity as advertised and has decent jets. Being lightweight meant that we could place it in a difficult spot without the need for a crane and we could move it ourselves. They have been extremely helpful with instructions post purchase.

A stress reliever at the end of a long day

We have one of Hot Springs top of the line spas which is located on our deck overlooking the harbour and I have to say to lie back on a starlit evening with no light pollution other than the light emitting from the very cool lighting in the spa and listen to our music from the excellent speakers - it really doesn't get any better for a stress reliever at the end of a long day.

I can't rave enough about the fabulous Hot Spring Spas!

I just can't rave enough about fabulous Hot Spring Spas, the product and the people! We purchased an awesome spa at the beginning of winter last year and we are still blown away by the joy it brings us after a hard days work. We knew Hot Spring would be more cost effective in the long run

We nearly bought a cheaper brand, but after doing more investigation, we where convinced that Hot Spring would be more cost effective in the long run.

So far the service has been fantastic and our Hot Spring spa is the best investment we've made for our family and health. Quality is definitely there and we've not seen much difference to our power bill. New home and now a new hot spa great summer ahead.

The variety of spas and the quality was top of the range!

I wish I got the Envoy Spa years ago. We walked in HotSpring Spas in Sunshine, VIC and I could see I can find what my family needed there. The variety of spas and the quality was top of the range. The team was extra helpful and answered all of our questions - energy consumption, power saving, salt water system. We chose the spa (silent and energy efficient Envoy) and fell in love in the outdoor barrel Sauna as well. Now we have a full on health retreat in our backyard. But most importantly, the HotSpring team were there with instructions and advice in the set up stages when I was panicking that I may do something wrong and offered support for the future if needed. My family got the health benefits for the years to come (summer and wintertime).

Great service and the spa is pure heaven!

Hot Springs Melbourne was the very first place I looked to purchase a spa for my home. From my first meeting with them, I felt at ease as they spent a lot of time explaining how all their products work. I went shopping around other places but ended up back at Hot Springs and purchased the spa. The team provided amazing customer service and guided me through the whole process- from picking up spa to installation point and still take my calls for any questions I have. I will defiantly be recommending my family or friends to see Hot Springs if wanting to purchase a spa in the future. Thank you very much again for the great service and the spa is pure heaven.

The issue was solved on the spot

We bought our Hot Spring Spa just over 2 years ago. We have thoroughly enjoyed it and found it great for the whole family. What has impressed me most though has been the amazing after service and the quickness to reply and fix any issues. We had a problem with our spa before Xmas with a faulty power-board (or something, I'm not an expert). I contacted the customer service manage through the website and we had a technician at our house 2 days later. The issue was solved on the spot and during the call another issue was spotted and resolved before we even knew we had one. The product itself is great but to know that it is backed up by a professional and excellent aftercare service would make me recommend Hot Spring Spas to anyone in the market for a great Spa.
