Hot Spring WeatherPro® spa covers are designed, engineered and manufactured to meet the world’s most rigorous hot tub energy standards – those set by the California Energy Commission (CEC). Featuring dense foam that keeps more heat in, WeatherPro® covers form a tight seal around the lip of the spa, and also feature a thick insulated gasket that runs the length of the hinge to stop heat escaping between the cover halves.
WeatherPro® covers are made from durable materials that are ready for whatever the New Zealand climate can throw at them. They are made from double-stitched, fade/chemical/abrasion-resistant polyester designed to last.
Pairing Form and Function
WeatherPro® covers perfectly pair form with function. They are available in a range of contemporary shades – depending on the model, you have a choice of Black, Grey, Shadow, Storm and Chestnut – that will complement and elevate your outdoor space.
Hot Spring hot tub covers are outfitted with sturdy brackets that allow you to quickly and easily install our exclusive range of cover lifters. These clever accessories make removing and replacing your cover a simple, one-person job, while keeping the cover safely off the ground, extending its life. Without a lifter, taking your cover on and off can be an awkward task that requires two people, and your cover may get scuffed or damaged when placed on the ground, patio, or deck. With a cover lifter it’s easier than ever to access and enjoy your spa!
Safety Certified Spa Pool Cover
Reinforced, adjustable straps make it easy to safely secure the spa cover. Each Hot Spring hot tub cover is UL-classified in accordance with ASTM safety standards, and includes child safety locks for extra protection.

These covers are a custom fit for the Highlife Series spas. Available in Black, Grey, Shadow and Storm.
