Hot Spring Spas “Experience Difference” October 2025 Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Promotion Overview

1.1 This promotion ("Promotion") is offered by Hot Spring Spas Australasia Pty Ltd (“Hot Spring”).
1.2. The Promotion applies to eligible purchases of new spa pools, swim spas, or cold plunge units from specified collections made at any participating Hot Spring dealer or retail store across Australia (“Promotion Venue”).
1.3. Participants who purchase a qualifying product from one of these collections during the Promotion will receive a one-time discount (“Promotion Discount”) applied at the time of purchase:

• Highlife® Collection – up to AUD 5,000 off

• Limelight® Collection – up to AUD 5,000 off

• Hot Spot® Collection – up to AUD 3,000 off

• Freeflow® Collection – up to AUD 1,500 off

• VIGOR™ Cold Plunge – up to AUD 2,000 off

1.4. By participating, Participants agree to these Promotion T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Open to Australian permanent residents aged 18 or older at the time of purchase.
2.2. Excludes Hot Spring employees, their immediate families, agents, contractors, and participating dealers.
2.3. Applies only to new spa pools, swim spas, or cold plunge units purchased from participating Hot Spring dealers or retail stores during the Promotion Period.
2.4. Trade-ins, lay-bys, display models, warehouse-clearance items, or other discounted/promotional stock are ineligible.
2.5. Cannot be combined with any other offer or discount.

3. Promotion Period

3.1. The Promotion is valid from Wednesday, 1 October 2025 through Friday, 31 October 2025, at any participating Hot Spring dealer or retail store in Australia.
3.2. Purchases outside these dates or at non-participating locations are not eligible.

4. Discount Details

4.1. The stated savings (“up to” amounts) apply as one-time discounts on the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) of the specified collection when purchased at the Promotion Venue.
4.2. Hot Spring may adjust the actual discount based on model, configuration, or pricing, but will not exceed the maximum stated.
4.3. Discounts are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or credit.
4.4. Hot Spring reserves the right to substitute or adjust offers due to logistical or stock circumstances.

5. Pricing and Payment

5.1. All pricing is based on RRP.
5.2. Any modifications to pricing (e.g., special dealer pricing or negotiated discounts) may disqualify eligibility for the Promotion Discount.

6. General Conditions

6.1. Returns eligibility: If an eligible product is returned, Hot Spring may deduct the equivalent value of the discount from any refund if the product (or discount benefit) has already been provided or used.
6.2. Hot Spring reserves the right to verify eligibility and purchase validity at its discretion.
6.3. Fraudulent claims or attempts to circumvent these T&Cs will result in disqualification.
6.4. Subject to Australian law, Hot Spring may amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without notice.
6.5. Decisions by Hot Spring regarding the Promotion are final.
6.6. Inconsistencies between these T&Cs and other promotional materials are resolved in favour of these T&Cs.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the extent permitted by law, Hot Spring is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from this Promotion.
7.2. Hot Spring is not responsible for delivery delays, stock shortages, or fulfilment issues.
7.3. This does not exclude statutory consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or other applicable laws.

8. Privacy

8.1. Any personal information collected during the Promotion will be used solely for administering the Promotion in line with Hot Spring’s privacy policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

9. Governing Law

9.1. These T&Cs are governed by the laws of Australia.
9.2. Any disputes arising from or in connection with the Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the relevant State or Territory.
