These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply to the Hot Spring Spas Sydney Grand Opening Promotion, running from 22 April 2026 to 25 May 2026 inclusive (“Promotion Period”).

The promotion offers a curated Grand Opening Ownership Package with selected Hot Spring® spas, swim spas, and wellness products. Package inclusions vary by collection and represent additional value as outlined below.

Availability

This promotion is available only at participating authorised Hot Spring Spas dealers and retail outlets within Sydney, Australia.

Participating locations, eligible models, and package availability may vary. Customers should refer to the Hot Spring Spas Australia website or enquire in-store for confirmation of participation and availability.

Offer Conditions

The promotion applies to selected models and set packages only.

All Grand Opening Ownership Packages are fixed and cannot be substituted, altered, exchanged, or removed.

The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or previous quotation and is not redeemable for cash or credit.

Stock is subject to availability. Rain checks are not available.

Delivery Conditions

Free standard delivery applies within the Sydney metropolitan area only.

Delivery does not include crane hire, difficult access, or specialised installation requirements, which may incur additional charges.

Site access must be suitable for standard delivery. Any additional delivery requirements will be quoted separately.

Pricing & Installation

All prices exclude installation, electrical works, site preparation, and any council, compliance, or certification-related costs, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Installation of a spa or swim spa must comply with all applicable Australian standards, state and local regulations, and safety requirements, including fencing, barriers, and electrical compliance obligations.

Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

General

This promotion is valid only during the stated Promotion Period and does not apply outside those dates.
