Free delivery applies to spa pool pre-orders located within a 50 km radius of the Hot Spring Castle Hill or Caringbah showrooms and includes standard delivery to the safest and most convenient accessible location on the customer’s property, as determined by the delivery team. Standard access conditions apply.

Final positioning or installation of the spa pool into its intended location may require additional services such as crane hire, hiab services, specialised access equipment or extra labour. These services are not included in the standard delivery and will incur additional charges where required.

This offer is exclusive to new Castle Hill and Caringbah customers and is valid during the promotional period ending Sunday, 11 January 2026. The offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, applies to new purchases only and excludes re-inspections, re-deliveries or customer-requested changes made after order confirmation.
