About Mega Spa

Multi-award winning & Five-times Spa Retailer of the Year, Mega Spa is proudly a WA owned & operated family business. The state’s only certified partner on the West Coast for Hot Spring & Fastlane Pools and service centre.

Mega Spa was founded in 2016 as a Spa & Swim Spa shop. The knowledgeable & experienced owners, Narelle & Darren, began selling their own brands of Spas & Swim Spas and now in 2024, Hot Spring spa pools and Fastlane swim spas on the west coast in Perth, Western Australia. The showroom is one of the largest in WA, with over 20 swim spas and spa pools on display for West Aussie Sandgropers to browse and test.

Darren & Narelle, the owners of Mega Spa, have a deep passion to sell the right spa or swim spa to suit the customers needs & lifestyle. They can assist their customers in this spa journey with years of experience & knowledge and help choose the right product to suit your life style, family & hydrotherapy needs for your own relaxation retreat in your own home. Darren has worked in the Pool & Spa industry for over 30 yrs. In 2016, Darren and Narelle we decided to start their own spa shop. Understanding the quality of Hot Spring hot tubs and Fastlane swim spas, we decided to become a dealer.

Darren brings his technical expertise and knowledge and Narelle brings a background business management, accounting and client-facing roles. Altogether, the in-store team boasts five decades of spa industry experience, ensuring they can answer any and every question you might have and offer the right choice.

How long have they been located there?

The sprawling Perth, Mandurah & northern, eastern and southern surrounding suburbs, the store is centrally located in Perth at 43 Welshpool Road, Welshpool Perth WA, 5km directly east of the Perth CBD. 

Easy access & centrally located via multiple main roads, Mitchell Freeway, Tonkin Hwy, Roe Hwy, Leach Hwy, Albany Hwy, Kwinana Hwy. The store and showroom first opened in this local neighbourhood in 2016.

Local transport

Found just 850m south of Oats Street station, a 15 minute train ride from Perth Central, the Mega Spa store is easily accessible by public transport. It can also easily be reached by the bus, which stops near the store. Head to the Transperth Translink for more information.

Parking

Mega Spa has plenty of customer parking right in front of the store. We are located opposite Atlas Petrol Station & adjacent to Road Bend.
