Our family recently bought the 6-seater Kapiiti spa. We love it; it has been a game changer in our daily lives and family well-being.

We built a bath house in our backyard (pictures attached). Melbourne's weather is cold 80% of the year, so we wanted the spa inside for privacy and warmth. It is really quite amazing to have our own bathhouse in a quiet garden retreat.

I get up early on the weekend or my work-from-home day and start the day with a soak. Since we bought the spa, my husband and I feel so relaxed; we look forward to using it. We cancelled our local gym membership as we no longer need to use the local spa.

Our daughter invites her friends over for a Friday night spa session; it's great to see the younger ones enjoy it too.

Overall, it has been wonderful on so many levels—we are spa people now.

We have a Prodigy 5 person HotSprings spa and we just love it.
I was very impressed with the sales and post sales service but most of all we luxuriate in the warm (38.5C) water and fantastic jets especially the one working my back. The view down the Mornington peninsula is pretty good too.

As someone who researched a lot before going into the Sunshine store and have to say didn't know much about hotsprings before my initial contact. The customer experience and expertise and knowledge provided not just on their brand but others I was considering was outstanding. A true master class in fully explaining every aspect of the spas I was looking at. I must say at first I was a little shocked at the price of the hot spring grandee. I wasn't aware they went that high. Hahaha but after owning one and using it everyday I can attest it is in a class of its own. There was a lot of wellness attached to the sales presentation and while I may have been a bit sceptical waiting for it to be delivered I can say that it has helped me alot with sleeping better and just all round feeling better.

After looking at the other 2 brands I was interested in, the highlight grandee stood far above the rest. Not only a superior spa but the knowledge care and overall customer experience provided by everyone we spoke to at hot Springs spas was second to none.

The customer after care provides by Chris also has been absolutely outstanding. H is always happy to answer questions and give advice if I have any questions or worries.

As someone who has been in sales more than 27 years it is easy to tell when people believe in the product they are selling, and the team at hot Spring spas know they have a great product and show it by their knowledge, expertise and outstanding customer experience.

I can't speak highly enough of the spa itself. The moto jets are amazing. Quality of product is 2nd to none. 3months in and plan on using it everyday.

We are thrilled to have found HotSpring and truly love our Relay Alpine White Havana spa. Chris was not only a brilliant salesperson, but also looked after us through the whole purchasing, delivery and setup process.

We had done significant research on spas, so dropping into HotSpring in Sunshine was just a visit to add to our research before purchasing. Chris was such a lovely salesperson and so generous with his time. He offered us a chance to try the Relay spa on the shop floor.

We left buzzing about the Relay spa, and by the time we got home (50 mins away), we just had to turn around to head back to try it out. We left with a fabulous spa that we use 3 or 4 times a week.

We purchased our Beam Hot Spring Spa a few years ago now and we cannot be happier with the sales service at the time from Craig, and the ongoing customer service from Chris. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable are just some of the standout attributes that make dealing with Hot Sping Spas so pleasurable. We purchased the Beam and it has been one of those purchases you do not regret. Easy to use and maintain. The Beam was a delight when we first fired it up in Winter, and the sleep you get when your body has warmed through is solid and refreshing. People would say our electricity bill would become astronomical. It's been no where near close to that. So if you are in the market for a spa or swim spa, make sure these guys are your first stop. You won't be disappointed.

Hot springs Melbourne was the very first place I looked to purchase a spa for my home. From my first meeting with Craig I felt at ease he spent a lot of time explaining how all his products work. I went shopping around other places but ended up back at hot springs were I then met Nicole and purchased the spa. Craig & Nicole you both provided amazing customer service and guided me through the whole process from picking up spa to installation point and still take my calls for any questions I have. I will defiantly be recommending my family or friends to see Craig & Nicole if wanting to purchase a spa in the future. Thank you very much again for the great service and the spa is pure heaven.

Excellent service. I bought the Fraser spa from WA after doing some research. I had no trouble shipping . Very happy with the spa, it uses little electricity as advertised and has decent jets. Being lightweight meant that we could place it in a difficult spot without the need for a crane and we could move it ourselves. Craig has been extremely helpful with instructions post purchase. We researched everywhere for spas, not having any idea what we were looking at. While other companies seemed only interested in taking our money, Craig took over an hour on the phone with me to discuss what we really wanted, our budget, space, etc. Craig guided us through the process from start to finish. After our first call we were introduced to Nicole and together as a team they made us immediately feel like one of their close friends. Their follow up support has been so wonderful. I know if I have any questions I can call them and get honest and helpful advice. We now have an awesome spa that we use every day. Our kids are never out of it!
